In 1995 the land was purchased at Mullipatty, Trichy, by Rev. Fr. M.L. Aloysius CR, the Prior General and his Council. Bro. Gnanapragasam CR and Bro. Amaladass CR were the pioneer members. Slowly the community was formed with few brothers in a small house. In 2003 a new building was constructed, and it was inaugurated on 2^nd February 2004 by His Excellency Most Rev. Antony Devotta, the Bishop of Trichy. Due to the dilapidated condition of building at Sirumalar Ashram, Prattiyur, the philosophy students were shifted to Santhome Ashram, Mullipatti. Later in 2004 the philosophy students were shifted to the Rosarian Generalate. Now this ashram serves as house of formation of preparation for Final Vows. People and religious around the place come to our ashram for Holy Mass and other spiritual activities.
