Rosarian Ashram

The General Council led by Rev. Fr. K.P. Xavier the Prior General together with North Indian Priors planned to buy a land to begin another community in North. Nishkalanka Ashram had sold some acres of land and hand enough money to buy a land. With the necessary permission of the General Council to buy a land in the diocese of Sambalpur Prior General obtained a presumed oral permission of the Bishop Most Rev. Niranjan Saul Singh, the bishop of Sambalpur. Fr Prior General and Fr. Suresh Savio CR searched for a good land, and at last they found a land in a village called Pudhamal at Jharsuguda. They bought 10 acres and 98 dismil land from Mr. Navin Misha and registered it in the name of Nishkalanka Ashram.

On 24th January 2018 we started boundary work by Contractor Mr. Sujit Jean local man. On 8th March 2018 we got original document called {Patta or Parcha} in the name of Nishkalanka Ashram.

After the election of Rev Fr. Justin Raj CR the newly elected Prior General and his team was willing to estabilish a new community in this new place and then gave permission to build a new building with the money of land sold money from Nishkalanka Ashram. A plan was prepared with estimate and with the approval of the council and the written permission of the Bishop Most Rev. Bishop Niranjan Sualsingh we proceeded the building work. 

On 28th February 2020 Rev. Fr. S Justin Raj CR the Prior General of our congregation visited the land and blessed the land to start the building work. Together with councillor Bro. John Lakra CR and Bro. Julius CR, Fr. Suresh Savio CR, Bro. Damian CR and school going student Bikash Jojo and Engineer + contractor Kanhaya singh were present.

On 19th March Eve of St. Joseph Feast officially blessed the land and put foundation stone by Rev. Fr. Bartholomew Vicar General of Sambalpur Diocese. From Marianjali Ashram Fr. Xavier Tirkey CR, Fr. Augustin Raju CR, Bro. Dominic CR, from Coxcolloni Fr. Oscaar SVD, Fr. Alphonse and Bro. Damian SVD and Mr. Albish + Mr. Raju were present.

On 21st March 2022 Rev. Fr. S Justin Raj CR the Prior General and Rev. Fr. Sahaydasan CR Vicar General and Councillor Bro. John Lakra CR of our Congregation visited the Ashram and put forward many suggestions.

Prior General met our Bishop and fixed the date for inauguration of the new building. On 17th December 2022 the new building was blessed and opened by our Bishop of Sambalpur diocese. Prior General and his councillors, some of our priests, from North and South India. priests, Religious and people from Sambalpur diocese were present for this great event.

 Fr. Christopher, CR Superior, Brothers Aloi Ekka, CR, Fredrick Dung Dung, CR, as the community members and three aspirants Sujit Kullu, Sashicant Surin, and Amrit Ekka were the first members of this community. This community is meant for the formation of aspirants.
