The Rosarian Congregation marked a significant moment in its journey of formation and mission with the Vocation Promoters Meeting, held on September 8–9, 2025, at the Rosarian Generalate. The gathering was convened and led by Very Rev. Fr. Charles Serrao, the Pontifical Commissary, who presided over the sessions and offered valuable insights to guide the future direction of vocation ministry.
The meeting brought together all the Formators of the Congregation, creating a collaborative space for reflection, evaluation, and renewed commitment to their mission. The Pontifical Commissary’s input was described as fruitful, inspiring, and deeply enriching, offering both spiritual depth and practical guidance for the task of promoting vocations in today’s challenging context.
Participants shared their experiences, discussed pastoral approaches, and reflected on the importance of fostering a culture of vocation within communities and apostolates. The sessions emphasized the need for prayerful discernment, authentic witness of life, and creative pastoral strategies to inspire and accompany those discerning God’s call.
The two-day meeting concluded with a renewed sense of mission and unity among the Formators, who expressed their gratitude to Very Rev. Fr. Charles Serrao for his leadership, wisdom, and encouragement. The event also highlighted the Congregation’s ongoing commitment to nurturing future vocations in the spirit of its charism and service to the Church.
